Job Summary

Drive regional business growth and revenue by leading and managing a team of sales professionals, executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers and partners to achieve business objectives and expand market share.

Responsibilities

Strategic Sales Management: Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and achieve business objectives.
Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
Stock Management: Optimize stock levels, inventory management, and logistics to ensure product availability, minimize waste, and reduce costs.
Implement effective stock management processes and procedures to ensure regional compliance.
Cost Management: Manage and control regional operating expenses, ensuring alignment with budget and company objectives. Identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve efficiency, and enhance profitability.
Coaching, Mentoring & Training: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, support, and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
Foster a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and excellence within the regional sales team.
Training: Identify skill gaps in the sales workforce through an accompanied market visit for Individual Development Plan (IDP), provide training tools (Computer,vehicles, SFA device, Tabs etc) 24/7 online presence for capacity building and effectiveness.
In-depth knowledge and understanding of company policies and processes for alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

Minimum requirement of a First Degree / HND from a recognised institution with a grade not less than a Second Class Lower or Lower Credit in Economics, Business Administration or any numerate course.
Added advantage: MBA
Minimum requirement: 5 years of cognate experience
Added Advantage: Professional Membership & Certifications
Minimum requirement: ICAN.
