Job Purpose

To provide day-to-day HR support across all operations by managing recruitment, employee attendance, overtime, documentation, and general HR administration to ensure smooth and efficient people management processes.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding:

Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes — job posting, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain a database of applicants and track recruitment activities.
Prepare and issue offer letters, intent letters, and employment contracts.
Facilitate staff induction and orientation for new employees.

Attendance & Overtime Management:

Track and monitor daily staff attendance using the biometric or manual system.
Collate and verify attendance reports for payroll processing.
Prepare, review, and submit monthly overtime schedules and allowances for approval.
Ensure accuracy and compliance in attendance and overtime documentation.

HR Administration & Employee Relations:

Maintain and update employee personal files, records, and HR database.
Handle staff requests, leave applications, and queries professionally.
Assist in managing disciplinary processes and staff welfare programs.
Support in communication and implementation of company HR policies and procedures.

Requirements & Qualifications

B.Sc / HND in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or related field.
2–4 years relevant HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing, sales, or FMCG environment.
Strong knowledge of HR processes — recruitment, attendance management, payroll support, and employee relations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and good organizational ability.
Proficiency in MS Excel and HR-related software (attendance systems, HRIS, etc.).
Membership or student membership of CIPM is an advantage.
