Manage job descriptions and qualification requirements for junior and first-level senior staff.
Post job adverts on relevant platforms and screen applications.
Coordinate interviews, assessments, and selection processes.
Conduct reference checks, prepare offer letters and contracts.
Oversee onboarding and orientation for new hires.

Lead the digitization of key HR processes: leave management, employee self-service, and onboarding systems.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
3–5 years of HR experience, preferably within the FMCG industry.
HR certification (e.g., CIPM, HRCI) is an added advantage.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and Nigerian employment laws.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information.
Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office tools.
Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Demonstrated people management skills.
