Job Summary

We are seeking passionate, child-centred, and qualified teachers to join our growing private school in Osogbo.
Candidates will be responsible for planning, delivering, and assessing curriculum-aligned lessons for Kindergarten, Nursery, or Primary classes, while fostering a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment.
This role is forenergetic educators who value holistic child development (academic, social, emotional, physical) and who are committed to professional growth and parent engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons that align with the school’s curriculum.
Prepare weekly lesson notes, teaching aids, and classroom resources.
Monitor and assess pupils’ academic, emotional, and social progress.
Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment.
Integrate play-based, creative, and digital learning strategies into teaching.
Maintain effective classroom management and discipline.
Communicate regularly with parents and guardians on pupils’ progress.
Participate actively in staff meetings, trainings, and school programs.
Uphold the school’s values and child protection standards.

Education & Qualification

NCE (Nigeria Certificate in Education) – minimum requirement.
B.Ed / B.Sc / B.A with PGDE – preferred.
TRCN registration or evidence of ongoing registration (added advantage).

Required Skills & Competencies:

Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Strong understanding of child psychology and development stages.
Ability to make learning fun, inclusive, and engaging.
Proficiency in spoken and written English.
Computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Google Classroom, or basic EdTech tools).
Patience, empathy, and creativity in handling children.
Team spirit and commitment to continuous professional growth.

Salary
N45,000 - N70,000 monthly.
