Job Description

The Office Secretary/Marketer will play a dual role in supporting the smooth daily operations of FIRAZI Logistics while actively contributing to the company’s marketing and customer engagement efforts.
The ideal candidate must be organized, detail-oriented, and confident in communicating with clients.

Key Responsibilities
Office /Administrative Duties:

Manage front-desk activities and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients.
Handle phone calls, emails, and general inquiries professionally.
Maintain an organized filing system for documents, records, and correspondence.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and follow up on pending tasks.
Prepare basic reports, memos, and office communications.
Ensure the office environment is neat, orderly, and running efficiently.

Marketing Duties:

Promote FIRAZI Logistics services to individuals, businesses, and potential partners.
Conduct follow-ups with prospects and maintain a simple client database.
Assist in executing marketing strategies and outreach activities.
Identify new business opportunities and support customer acquisition efforts.
Represent the company professionally during field marketing or visits.
Share feedback and market insights to support business growth.

Skills & Competencies

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good knowledge of basic computer applications (Word, Email, etc.)
Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
Confidence in handling customers and marketing assignments
Organized, proactive, and well-presented.

Salary

N50,000 – N100,000 / month.
