- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively on-site.
- Provides administrative support to executives, managers, or private individuals.
- Manages schedules, handles correspondence, organizes meetings.
- Ensures day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.
- Manages Communication and event planning
- Organizes Travel Arrangements and handles Personal Errands
Requirement
- BSc, HND, or professional qualifications in Secretarial Studies, Office Management, etc.
- A good working experience is required. Having a hard skill of verbatim reporting is advantage.
