Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities
Responding to Customer Inquiries:

  • Answer customer questions via phone, email, chat, or in person.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.

Resolving Customer Issues:

  • Investigate and resolve complaints, concerns, or service problems.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.

Processing Transactions:

  • Handle orders, returns, refunds, exchanges, payments, and account updates.
  • Ensure transactions are completed accurately and efficiently.

Maintaining Customer Records:

  • Document customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions in company systems.
  • Keep customer information up to date.

Providing Product and Service Support:

  • Guide customers on how to use products or services.
  • Troubleshoot basic issues and offer solutions.

Building Customer Relationships:

  • Deliver professional, courteous, and empathetic service.
  • Foster customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Meeting Performance Targets:

  • Achieve goals related to response time, customer satisfaction, call handling, and issue resolution.
  • Follow company standards and service - level agreements (SLAs).

Collaborating with Other Teams:

  • Work with sales, technical support, logistics, or billing teams to resolve customer concerns.
  • Share customer feedback to help improve products and services.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 / Month.
