Graphic Designer / Digital Creator (Male Only)

Job Overview
- Create visually compelling designs and execute digital marketing strategies that strengthen brand presence and drive engagement across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Design engaging graphics for social media, websites, adverts, flyers, and promotional materials.
- Create and edit short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Research design trends, content styles, and competitor visuals.
- Assist in planning and scheduling content using tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Notion, or Google Sheets.
- Track design and content performance and prepare basic weekly reports.
- Participate in team meetings, contribute creative ideas, and take notes where needed.
- Occasionally assist with field marketing and brand activation projects.
- Maintain consistency with brand identity, colour schemes, and visual guidelines.
- And other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Recent graduate or student in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related fields.
- Strong interest in design, branding, and digital marketing.
- Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, or similar tools.
- Basic video editing knowledge (CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).
- Good written and visual communication skills.
- Organised, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Bonus: Photography, videography, or UI/UX skills.
