General Manager

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and results-driven General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization and ensure efficient execution of business activities.
- The ideal candidate should be a graduate, preferably from a reputable first-generation university, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience and a proven track record of working with at least two reputable organizations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate the organization's daily operations and administrative activities.
- Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures.
- Supervise staff, assign responsibilities, and monitor performance.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning in collaboration with HR.
- Drive employee productivity, engagement, and performance management.
- Monitor operational expenses, budgets, and resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and applicable labour laws.
- Manage relationships with clients, vendors, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
- Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions.
- Prepare and present regular operational reports to management.
- Support business growth initiatives and contribute to strategic decision-making.
- Ensure organizational goals and performance targets are consistently achieved.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree (B.Sc.) or HND in Business Administration, Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience in operations or general management.
- Must have worked in at least two reputable organizations.
- Experience in the real estate industry or a related sector is an added advantage.
- Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work effectively under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant business management tools.
- • Strong business acumen with excellent decision-making and people-management abilities.
Salary
N400,000 - N500,000 monthly.
