- We're growing our Risk Management function and are looking for experienced professionals who can use data, strategy, and analytical thinking to strengthen our credit portfolio and drive better business decisions.
- This is a strategic, not purely operational, role.
- We're looking for professionals who can analyze trends, identify risks, and develop solutions that improve portfolio quality across the credit lifecycle.
- If you have experience in banking, financial services, fintech, or consumer lending and enjoy solving complex credit risk challenges, we'd love to hear from you
- We're seeking a data-driven professional who can protect portfolio quality by identifying early warning signals and developing proactive collection strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor portfolio health and identify emerging repayment risks.
- Develop customer segmentation and intervention strategies.
- Analyze repayment behaviour and delinquency trends.
- Design early warning and portfolio preservation initiatives.
- Generate insights to improve underwriting decisions and reduce defaults.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 4–6 years' experience in Collections, Credit Risk, or Portfolio Management.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in banking, fintech, or consumer lending is preferred.
