JOB SUMMARY
The Regional Business Manager (HR, Legal & Admin) is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all human resources, legal, and administrative functions within the assigned region. The role ensures compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements while driving operational efficiency, workforce productivity, and risk management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Human Resources (HR)
- Lead recruitment, selection, and onboarding of staff within the region
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company HR policies
- Manage employee relations, discipline, and conflict resolution
- Coordinate staff training, development, and performance management
Legal Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and manage contracts, agreements, and legal documents
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Ensure proper documentation and safekeeping of legal records.
Administrative Responsibilities
- Oversee daily administrative operations across the region
- Manage company assets, facilities, and inventory
- Ensure proper office maintenance and operational efficiency
- Coordinate logistics, procurement, and vendor management
REQUIREMENTS:
- LLB
- 1-5years post call to bar.
- Licensed to practice law in at least one major jurisdiction.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proven track record in sales leadership, regional management, and team development.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Results-driven with a strategic mindset and hands-on leadership approach.
- Experience in Human Resources
