- The successful candidate will oversee daily kitchen and production operations, supervise kitchen employees, manage inventory, coordinate supplies to multiple outlets, and ensure consistent food quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily food preparation, production, packaging, and dispatch.
- Supervise kitchen employees and monitor productivity.
- Manage inventory, stock records, and production documentation.
- Coordinate product supplies and deliveries to outlets.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, quality, and food safety standards.
- Support operational administration and business coordination.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in Nigerian food production, restaurants, catering, or central kitchens.
- Knowledge of amala, traditional soups, and meat preparation.
- Experience supervising kitchen or production teams.
- Strong organisational, communication, and record-keeping skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and other basic digital tools.
