General Manager, Growth & Acquisition
a Fast-growing Sports Betting Platform
Responsibilities
- Lead customer acquisition and retention strategies.
- Drive revenue growth and commercial performance.
- Develop strategic partnerships and affiliate channels).
- Analyze player behavior, market trends, and growth metrics.
- Oversee operational processes that support business scaling.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to execute growth initiatives.
Key Requirements
- A graduate in Marketing, Business Development, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years' experience in Growth, Acquisition, Business Development, or Operations).
- Proven hands-on experience in the sports betting or gaming industry (mandatory).
- Strong commercial, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Data-driven decision-maker with a track record of delivering growth.
- Experience managing teams and achieving ambitious business targets.
