OSP Helper / Casual - GVA Fiber Optic Project

Job Summary
- We need reliable helpers to support daily fiber cable pulling and installation activities on the GVA FTTH project in Ibadan.
- This is a physical, entry-level role for candidates willing to work outdoors and learn on the job.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with moving, loading, and unloading cable drums, tools, and materials
- Set up and manage drum stands, rollers, and pulling equipment on site
- Clear minor obstacles along the route and support traffic control when needed
- Support riggers and pullers during cable placement and pulling
- Keep the work area clean and organized
- Follow all safety instructions and wear PPE at all times
Requirements
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor outdoors daily
- Willing to work long hours in the field and follow instructions
- Basic literacy and communication skills preferred
- Previous experience in construction, telecom, or manual labor is a plus but not required
- Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player.
Salary
N250,000 monthly.
