About the Role
- We are seeking a results-driven Van Sales Representative (VSR) to drive sales, product distribution, and customer engagement within assigned routes.
- The ideal candidate will ensure product availability, maintain strong customer relationships, achieve sales targets, and support effective market execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned sales and billing targets.
- Drive active selling and identify upselling opportunities.
- Ensure consistent product distribution across assigned territories.
- Adhere strictly to assigned routes and schedules.
- Deliver orders accurately and on time.
- Collect and reconcile customer payments.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Gather market intelligence and monitor competitor activities.
- Execute promotional activities and POS material deployment.
Requirements
- Minimum of OND qualification.
- 2–3 years’ sales experience, preferably in FMCG or beverage sales.
- Valid driver’s license with proven driving experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
