Job Description

• We are looking for a Graduate Business Trainee
• As a Graduate Business Trainee you will gain exposure to a wide range of projects and activities that support the rapid growth of our business.

Responsibilities
As a Graduate Business Trainee you will start by learning the fundamentals on the job and build your experience over time so that you can take on the following responsibilities:

• Assist senior members of the team to deliver new business initiatives which will include generating ideas on how to improve the management of new business initiatives, establishing project plans and gathering input from departments across the business.
• Creating, reviewing and improving existing Key Performance Indicators to effectively monitor and steer the business.
• Take responsibility for participating in various Management meetings and Committee
• Report regularly on and assess performance to track ROI, competitor analysis.
• Optimize, automate, raise efficiency where possible to increase productivity.
• Work with our Client services team to assist with the on boarding of any new client relationships and maintaining of existing client relationships, assisting with support processes as required by colleagues, and engaging and updating clients.

Skills and Requirements

• Minimum of B.sc in Business Administration ,or any other relevant field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• A collaborative team player, approachable, self-efficient and influences a positive work environment.

Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 / month.
