Social Media Officer / Content Creator

Role Summary
- We are seeking a creative and experienced Content Creator responsible for developing engaging, informative, and brand-aligned content that promotes the company's healthcare and hygiene products across multiple digital platforms.
- The ideal candidate will combine strong storytelling skills with an understanding of healthcare communication to drive brand awareness, audience engagement, and product visibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, create, and publish high-quality content, including videos, graphics, articles, blogs, and social media posts.
- Produce educational and promotional content focused on healthcare, hygiene, and wellness products.
- Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand voice, messaging, and healthcare communication standards.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support campaigns, product launches, and business objectives.
- Plan, schedule, and maintain a consistent content calendar across all digital and social media platforms.
- Manage content distribution and optimize content for maximum engagement, reach, and visibility.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on content performance using relevant analytics tools, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Research industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences to keep content relevant and competitive.
- Ensure the accuracy, credibility, and compliance of all health-related information shared with the public.
- Support social media growth initiatives by creating audience-focused content that enhances brand awareness and customer engagement.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in content creation, digital marketing, or a related field.
- Experience within the healthcare, hygiene, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industry is an advantage.
- Strong creative writing, copywriting, and visual storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in content creation tools, graphic design software, video editing applications, and social media management platforms.
- Excellent understanding of social media trends, content marketing strategies, and audience engagement techniques.
- Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Salary
N400,000 per month.
