QUALIFICATIONS :
- Applicants must possess a minimum of an OND in Nautical Science or Marine Engineering.
- Candidates must possess a Seafarers Medical Certificate of Fitness.
- Applicants are also required to possess the mandatory certificates applicable to the position.
- A West African Senior School Certificate Examination certificate or equivalent qualification is required.
- Knowledge of ICT will be considered an added advantage.
AGE REQUIREMENT:
- Applicants should be between 20 and 27 years of age.
- The position is classified under JSS 2 / GL 06.
- Marine engineering trainees will be entering a technical career area that is closely connected with vessel machinery, marine systems and port operations.
