The Optional Compensation Browser QA 0613 will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and efficiency of our internal compensation frameworks and digital operational workflows. By auditing system outputs and refining our compensation structures, you will directly impact our ability to maintain competitive, fair, and transparent financial practices across our diverse agro-production teams. This is a fully remote position that requires no travel, allowing you to contribute to our mission from anywhere in Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct rigorous quality assurance testing on compensation software tools to identify discrepancies and ensure logical accuracy.
- Perform detailed audits of compensation data entry and processing systems to maintain alignment with company salary structures and labor policies.
- Collaborate with the HR and finance departments to refine browser-based compensation interfaces, enhancing user experience and data integrity.
- Analyze system outputs to detect potential bottlenecks or errors in automated payroll and incentive calculation modules.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of test cases, bug reports, and system performance logs to support continuous improvement.
- Validate system integrations to ensure that compensation-related data flows accurately between HRIS platforms and operational databases.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of professional experience in quality assurance, data auditing, or HR compensation operations.
- Proficiency in using browser-based testing tools and debugging software to identify and resolve system-level errors.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex data sets with high attention to detail, ensuring compliance with internal financial guidelines.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical requirements and translate them into actionable QA test plans.
- Proven track record of working independently in a remote environment while maintaining consistent project deliverables.
- Comprehensive understanding of compensation structures, incentive schemes, and the technical workflows required to support them.
