Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive user journeys, wireframes, and interactive prototypes that address user pain points within a global product ecosystem.
• Collaborate closely with international product managers and engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and technical alignment across distributed time zones.
• Lead the end-to-end design process, from initial research and conceptualization to final hand-off, ensuring consistency with global design systems.
• Execute usability testing sessions to gather actionable feedback and iterate on product features based on data-driven insights.
• Communicate complex design decisions effectively to cross-functional stakeholders located in various global offices.
• Maintain and scale a design system that supports multi-regional product requirements and branding standards.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional experience in product design, specifically within a global organization or distributed team environment.
• Demonstrated mastery of industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or Sketch.
• Proven ability to manage design projects independently while operating in a 100% remote working model.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-impact design solutions, UX research methodologies, and complex problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience within the 3-5 year range.
• Ability to synthesize feedback from diverse stakeholders and pivot design strategies to align with evolving global project goals.
