Job Summary
- Our client is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Associate to join its team.
Requirements
- 5–6 years of post-call experience in corporate and commercial law.
- Year of Call: 2020 or 2021.
- Strong experience in company secretarial services, real estate, regulatory filings, and corporate and commercial practice.
- Excellent legal drafting, litigation, advisory, and communication skills.
Salary
Competitive.
