Communications & Partnerships Manager

Role Overview

• We're looking for a Head of Communications, Client Relations & Partnerships to help shape how Intersect is seen, heard, and experienced.
• You'll sit within the Business Team and have a broad mandate spanning:
• Communications + Brand + PR + Digital + Client Relations + Referral Management + Partnership Management + Events
• You'll oversee the Social Media/Digital Communications function, manage important stakeholder relationships, support our referral ecosystem, and ensure that Intersect presents one strong, consistent, and professional identity across everything we do.

Key Responsibilities
Own the Intersect Brand:

• You'll be the guardian of our corporate identity.
• You'll establish and maintain corporate brand guidelines and make sure teams actually use them.
• You'll make sure our: Job adverts, Social media, LinkedIn, Website, Presentations, Publications, Event materials, Press releases, Corporate communications all look, sound, and feel like Intersect.

Lead Communications & PR:

• You'll develop and execute Intersect's communications strategy.
• Manage corporate communications.
• Develop press releases and media materials.
• Build relationships with relevant media.
• Coordinate media engagement.
• Support executive communications.
• Identify thought-leadership opportunities.
• Manage reputation and issue communications.
• Ensure important announcements reach the right audiences at the right time.

Oversee Social Media & Digital:

• You'll lead the team responsible for Intersect's digital presence
• You'll oversee: Social media strategy, Digital campaigns, Online reputation, Audience engagement, Digital analytics
• We're looking for someone who understands that having a social media page isn't the same thing as having a digital presence.
• You should be able to look at our digital platforms and ask:
• What are we saying? Who are we saying it to? Why should they care? And what do we want them to do next?

Own Referral & Client Relationship Management

• Intersect works with doctors, clinicians, hospitals, organizations, and other referral partners.
• You'll oversee the referral relationship experience.
• Keeping referral partners appropriately informed.
• Monitoring partner satisfaction.
• Identifying relationships that may be at risk.
• Developing systems that help us retain referral partners.
• Maintain regular engagement with key partners.
• Track partner concerns and commitments.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen existing relationships.
• Maintain an organized partnership database.

Lead Communications for Major Events:

• When Intersect has a major initiative or event, you'll lead the communications and PR workstream.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Masters' is required
• 5 - 8 years' relevant experience, preferably with experience managing people or functions.
• Strong corporate communications experience.
• Experience managing digital/social media.
• Experience with PR and media relations.
• Experience managing clients, partners, or external stakeholders.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.

Salary
N400,000 - N500,000 monthly.
