Senior Sales Executive - Power Generation (Oyo)

Job Description
- We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Sales Executive (Power Generation) to join our Commercial team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving generator sales, developing new business opportunities, and managing client relationships across industrial, commercial, and residential sectors. This role requires strong technical knowledge of power generation equipment, proven sales performance, and excellent negotiation skills.
Minimum Requirements
- Identify and secure new business opportunities, develop sales strategies, and achieve revenue targets.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations tailored to customer requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and key industry stakeholders.
- Provide technical guidance on generator specifications, sizing, load calculations, and product suitability.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with engineering and service teams to develop suitable power generation solutions.
- Manage sales pipelines, maintain accurate CRM records, and prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical), Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Technical training or certification in power systems or generators is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5–7 years of proven experience in generator sales, power solutions, or industrial equipment sales.
- Demonstrated success in selling diesel and gas generators.
- Strong knowledge of generator specifications, power ratings, sizing, and installation requirements.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, presentation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
