Business Development Manager
Victoria Hotel and Resort
Job Purpose
- Drive room revenue, corporate bookings, event sales, and strategic partnerships to increase hotel profitability and market share.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Revenue Generation: Identify and secure new corporate accounts, group bookings, event leads, and travel agency partnerships.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients, event planners, and travel partners.
- Market Expansion: Research market trends, monitor competitor pricing, and identify untapped business opportunities.
- Promotions & Campaigns: Collaborate with marketing to design targeted packages, seasonal offers, and corporate rates.
- Contract Negotiation: Negotiate room rates, corporate agreements, and event contracts to maximize profit margins.
- Reporting: Track pipeline performance, present monthly sales forecasts, and report target achievements to executive management.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 3+ years of business development or corporate sales experience in the hotel / hospitality industry.
Salary
N200,000 monthly.
