Nokout Officer

Job Summary
- As the NOKOUT Officer, you will coordinate delivery and customer service operations by ensuring timely order processing, efficient dispatch coordination, and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate order processing, packaging, and delivery operations
- Monitor stock usage and ensure availability of operational supplies
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
- Coordinate dispatch riders and ensure smooth daily operations
- Prepare operational and performance reports for management review
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree/HND in Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related fields
- Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service or related role
- Strong communication, planning, and coordination skills
- Good knowledge of customer service and operational procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Salary
Open to Negotiation.
