Site Administrator

Job Summary
- The Site Administrator keeps the site office functioning and ensures that the human side of the project, including gate passes, personnel records, inductions, meeting management, and day-to-day administration, runs smoothly so that the project team can focus entirely on delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage site access control: gate passes, visitor management, and site induction records for all CDL staff and visitors
- Maintain personnel records for all CDL direct employees on site: timesheets, attendance, and leave records
- Manage the site office: meeting room bookings, stationery, office equipment, printing, and general administration
- Manage post and courier services to and from site
- Coordinate site inductions for all new workers in coordination with the HSE Manager
- Manage the drivers' schedules and vehicle maintenance records
- Supervise and roster the site cleaning team; ensure site office and welfare facilities are maintained to a high standard
- Support the Document Controller with filing and archiving as required
- Manage the site petty cash float and expense records
- Support the Project Director and Construction Manager with administrative tasks as required
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of administrative experience, with at least 2 years in a construction site environment
- Proficiency in MS Office

- Highly organised with strong multi-tasking ability
- Excellent interpersonal skills for managing diverse site visitors and personnel
- Discreet and professional in handling personnel and project information
