- Taxaide Global Logistics is seeking a highly experienced Workshop Management professional to lead the operations of our truck maintenance and repair facility.
- The successful candidate will oversee workshop operations, fleet maintenance, customer service, team leadership, safety compliance, cost control, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage truck maintenance and repair operations
- Lead and supervise workshop teams
- Ensure vehicle roadworthiness and safety compliance
- Drive third-party workshop business and customer satisfaction
- Manage workshop budgets, inventory, and operational performance.
Requirements
- HND/B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in truck or heavy-duty vehicle workshop operations
- At least 7 years in a workshop leadership or management role
- Experience managing fleet maintenance and commercial workshop operations
- Strong knowledge of truck diagnostics, repairs, preventive maintenance, and workshop administration.
