Description
- We are seeking young, ambitious, and result-oriented graduates to join our team as Graduate Trainee Field Officers in the banking sector. Successful candidates will undergo practical training and gain hands-on experience in customer acquisition, field marketing, business development, financial product sales, and relationship management.
- The ideal candidates should be enthusiastic, proactive, and willing to work in the field to promote banking products, acquire new customers, and contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers for the bank’s products and services.
- Promote savings accounts, current accounts, loans, payment solutions, and other financial products.
- Conduct field marketing, customer visits, and promotional activities to generate leads.
- Assist customers with account opening, documentation, and onboarding processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to deposit mobilization and revenue growth.
- Identify business opportunities within assigned territories and markets.
- Provide accurate information about banking products, services, and procedures.
- Prepare daily activity reports, sales updates, and customer acquisition reports.
- Participate in training sessions and comply with the bank’s policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- A minimum of a B.Sc. or HND in any discipline from a recognized institution.
- Must be a recent graduate or possess limited work experience.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to work in the field.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to work in any assigned location nationwide.
