The Field Officer is responsible for mobilizing customers, promoting the institution’s financial products, processing and monitoring loans, collecting repayments, and maintaining good relationships with clients while ensuring compliance with the institution’s policies and procedures. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Number of new customers acquired. Loan disbursement and portfolio growth. Collection/recovery rate. Portfolio at Risk (PAR). Number and quality of customer visits. Loan repayment performance. Customer retention. Accuracy and timeliness of reports. Compliance with MFI policies.
