Job Summary

• We are building a next-generation Natural Language Understanding, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence products with a focus on Multimodal and Cross-Channel User Interfaces (phone, web, mobile, etc.) and are seeking a talented customer-facing AI Solutions Specialist to translate enterprise business needs into robust, well-tested agentic experiences.

Descritpion

• Are you an experienced Conversational AI Solutions specialist with deep understanding of human communication, natural language processing, and the ability to craft engaging and informative chatbot conversations.
• Vennote Technologies is looking for a customer-facing AI Solutions Specialist to translate enterprise business needs into robust, well-tested agentic experiences. You will bridge client expectations with technical execution by designing workflows, scripting evaluation harnesses, analyzing failure modes, and optimizing conversational interactions.
• Vennote Technologies is building a next-generation Natural Language Understanding, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence products with a focus on Multimodal and Cross-Channel User Interfaces (phone, web, mobile, etc.)
• This is a full-time Contract Position with Hybrid work model.
• The position requires individuals who enjoy challenges, prioritize, meet deadlines, and have a collaborative work ethic and teamwork spirit working with our team of Solution Architects, NLP Engineers, Speech Scientists, Front and Backend Developers, Analysts, and Project Managers.

Responsibilities

• Client Engagement & Requirements: Interview stakeholders, map enterprise business processes, and translate requirements into structured AI agent capabilities.
• Agentic Architecture Design: Design multi-agent workflows, contextual prompting strategies, function/tool calling routines, and RAG architectures.
• Testing & Evaluation: Write Python scripts and evaluation harnesses to systematically test outputs, identify failure patterns, and improve agent accuracy.
• Conversational UX: Design natural human-AI interaction flows optimized for user experience and task completion.
• On-Site & Technical Collaboration: Work independently at client locations to demonstrate technical behavior and collaborate with backend developers on integrations.

Qualifications & Technical Skills

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor`s Degree with 3 - 8 years experience.
• LLM & Agent Frameworks: Hands-on experience with LangGraph, LangChain, or equivalent orchestration frameworks.
• Python Scripting: Proficiency in writing scripts to build test harnesses, run evaluations, and automate experimentation.
• RAG & Memory Management: Practical understanding of retrieval-augmented generation, vector databases, short/long-term memory, and tool/function calling.
• Analytical & Testing Mindset: Ability to define test scenarios, debug failure modes, and iterate on agent performance.
• Client Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain technical behavior to non-technical stakeholders.

Target Candidate Profile (What We Are NOT Looking For)

• No pure prompt writers or linguists without Python evaluation skills.
• No pure data scientists focused only on model training without client-facing delivery experience.
• No pure backend developers who lack customer engagement experience or LLM evaluation expertise.
