Furniture Showroom Officer

Job Summary
- We are seeking a presentable, customer-focused and organised Furniture Showroom Officer to manage daily showroom activities, attend to customers, and support sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and attend to customers visiting the showroom.
- Provide information about furniture products, prices and available options.
- Assist customers in making suitable product selections.
- Follow up with customers and support the sales process.
- Keep the showroom neat, organised and properly displayed.
- Monitor product displays and report damaged or missing items.
- Maintain basic records of customers, sales and showroom activities.
- Support other day-to-day showroom operations as required.
Requirements
- Minimum of an OND/HND/Bachelor’s Degree.
- Previous experience in showroom, retail, furniture or customer service is an advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Presentable, confident and customer-oriented.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications is an advantage.
Salary
N350,000 - N400,000 monthly.
