About the role
- To provide administrative support across the hospital, handling correspondence, records, logistics and general office services to support efficient operations.
Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and office support.
- Manage correspondence, records, filing and documentation.
- Support logistics, supplies, scheduling and meetings.
- Support facilities and general-services coordination.
- Maintain accurate administrative records.
- Support compliance with administrative policies.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Administration, Management or a related discipline.
- Completion of NYSC, or a valid exemption where applicable.
Experience:
- Experience in an administrative or office-support role.
Required skills:
- Knowledge of office administration and records.
- Organisation and attention to detail.
- Competent use of office software.
- Effective communication.
- Reliability and discretion.
