About the role
- To coordinate day-to-day administrative services, supporting facilities, logistics and general operations and ensuring efficient administrative support to clinical and non-clinical departments.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily administrative and support-services operations.
- Support facilities, maintenance, utilities and general services.
- Coordinate administrative logistics, supplies and office services.
- Implement administrative policies and standards.
- Supervise and support administrative staff.
- Support budget and contract administration.
Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Administration, Management or a related discipline;
- Completion of NYSC, or a valid exemption where applicable
Experience:
- Experience in administration or support services, including coordination/supervision
- Experience supporting facilities and general services.
Required skills:
- Knowledge of administrative and support-services operations
- Coordination and organisational skills
- Ability to supervise staff
- Attention to detail
- Effective communication.
