Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEAL) Officer â PREHYA

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project monitoring tools and databases.
- Collect, verify, analyze, and report project data.
- Track project indicators against targets.
- Conduct routine field monitoring visits.
- Support assessments, surveys, and evaluations.
- Manage beneficiary feedback and complaint mechanisms.
- Ensure data quality and compliance with data protection standards.
- Produce monthly monitoring reports and dashboards.
- Facilitate learning and reflection sessions.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Social Sciences, Monitoring & Evaluation, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in MEAL within humanitarian or development programs.
- Proficiency in Excel, Kobo Collect, ODK, Power BI, or other data management tools.
- Strong analytical and report-writing skills.
- Experience with donor-funded projects, preferably ECHO-funded.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Willingness to travel within project locations as required
