Project Manager

Job Description
- Lead the planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of project activities.
- Ensure compliance with ECHO requirements and organizational policies.
- Manage project budgets in collaboration with the Finance Officer.
- Supervise project staff and provide technical support.
- Coordinate with government agencies, humanitarian partners, clusters, and community stakeholders.
- Oversee preparation of donor reports and project documentation.
- Monitor project performance against targets and indicators.
- Ensure safeguarding, accountability, and protection mainstreaming across project activities.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation measures.
- Represent PREHYA in relevant coordination meetings and forums.
