Minimum Requirements

• Possession of a relevant Bachelor's degree, HND or equivalent qualification in the relevant laboratory discipline from a recognized institution.
• Appropriate professional qualification/registration where applicable.
• Candidates should demonstrate practical knowledge of laboratory procedures and equipment.
• Ability to assist with the preparation of laboratories for practical classes.
• Ability to handle laboratory materials, specimens, reagents and equipment responsibly.
• Basic knowledge of laboratory safety and infection-prevention procedures.
• Good communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team.

Other Requirements:

• Provide verifiable academic and professional credentials.
• Demonstrate competence in laboratory safety and equipment handling
• Be medically fit and capable of performing laboratory duties.
• Demonstrate good communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Be willing to perform other duties assigned by the appropriate University authority
• Candidates with experience in universities, teaching hospitals, research institutes, medical laboratories and other recognized laboratory facilities will have an added advantage.
