- The Sales Manager – Pre-Owned Watches will lead the growth and commercial development of the Company's pre-owned watches business. The role will drive sales, develop sourcing opportunities, build customer relationships and ensure the overall commercial performance of the category.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the sales strategy for pre-owned watches.
- Drive revenue and profitability.
- Identify and develop opportunities to source pre-owned watches.
- Build relationships with collectors, HNWIs, VICs and other potential sellers.
- Manage the buying/sourcing pipeline and customer acquisition process.
- Develop and maintain a strong client portfolio.
- Lead sales negotiations and high-value transactions.
- Monitor market prices, trends and competitor activity.
- Work with relevant teams to ensure proper product authentication, valuation and documentation processes.
- Develop marketing and promotional opportunities for pre-owned watches.
- Monitor inventory, pricing and sell-through.
- Prepare sales forecasts and commercial reports.
- Lead and develop the pre-owned sales team where applicable.

- Client acquisition and retention
- Inventory turnover
- Average transaction value
- Sourcing pipeline
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or related field.
- 7–10 years' experience in luxury watches, jewellery or premium sales.
- Strong knowledge of luxury/pre-owned watch markets.
- Proven experience in high-value transactions.
- Established relationships with collectors, HNWIs and/or luxury watch clients is highly desirable.
