Sales Manager - Industrial Forklift

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead business development and sales of industrial forklifts and material-handling equipment, with a strong focus on manufacturing and industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Lead sales activities for forklifts and other industrial equipment.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within manufacturing and industrial companies.
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, procurement teams, plant managers, and decision-makers.
- Lead negotiations, quotations, proposals, and contract discussions.
- Manage and grow the sales pipeline and key customer accounts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry opportunities.
- Work closely with technical and after-sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and performance updates.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor sales team performance.
Requirements
- B.Sc. / B.Eng. Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automobile Engineering.
- 6–8 years of relevant Industrial/technical sales experience.
- Proven experience selling industrial machines/equipment to manufacturing companies is mandatory.
- Direct forklift/material-handling equipment sales experience is highly preferred.
- Strong network within manufacturing and industrial sectors.
- Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, presentation, and business development skills.
- Excellent customer relationship and account management abilities.
