The Role.
As a Field Growth Associate, you will represent the organization within communities, supporting individuals and business owners in managing their daily savings and growing their financial discipline.
Key Responsibilities
- Mobilize and onboard new members into the savings program
- Guide clients through registration and basic documentation (KYC)
- Facilitate daily contribution collections and keep records updated
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Follow up on pending or missed contributions
- Keep accurate daily and weekly activity records
- Identify and develop new opportunities within assigned areas
What We Are Looking For
- Education: SSCE / OND / NCE or higher
- Communication: Ability to speak English clearly (local language is an advantage)
- Mindset: Target-driven, confident, and result-oriented
- People Skills: Strong relationship-building and interpersonal ability
- Integrity: Honest and reliable with basic record-keeping ability
- Local Knowledge: Good understanding of Port Harcourt and its environs
- Work Style: Self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team
