- Our client is seeking a results-driven Hotel Sales Manager to grow revenue through account management and new business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new business
- Develop and manage individual account plans for top accounts
- Support sales planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Maintain client records and produce monthly sales reports
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Ensure adherence to sales policies and SOPs
- Coordinate with Front Office, Reservations, F&B/Banquets, and other departments
- Deliver excellent guest service and uphold health, safety, and hotel standards
- Knowledge of Lagos corporate market
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (any field)
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in a five-star hotel
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Experience with local and international meetings & event groups
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and hospitality skills
- Strategic, customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team under pressure
