- Are you an experienced sales professional with a strong background in sales, distribution, territory management, and team leadership? This opportunity may be for you!
- We are seeking a results-driven Territory Manager to coordinate sales and distribution activities, drive sales growth, improve market coverage, and lead sales teams within an assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales performance and achievement of territory targets.
- Manage sales routes and ensure effective outlet coverage.
- Supervise, train, and coach sales representatives.
- Monitor daily sales reports, sales reconciliation, and performance against targets.
- Ensure product availability, proper stock control, and effective distribution.
- Identify opportunities for market expansion and improved sales performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and sales strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum of a Degree or HND.
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in sales, distribution, and territory management.
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage sales teams, monitor KPIs, and drive results.
- Knowledge of sales reporting systems; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics is an advantage.
