Executive Assistant / Business Generalist

Role Overview

  • We are seeking a highly resourceful, tech-savvy, and self-motivated Executive Assistant / Business Generalist to provide high-level support across multiple departments.
  • This is a dynamic, cross-functional role for an individual who can think critically, conduct in-depth research, manage data, and coordinate operations effectively. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working across operations, strategy, technology, and administrative functions, supporting leadership and driving execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide executive-level support, including scheduling, coordination, and task management.
  • Conduct in-depth research, data gathering, and analysis to support business decisions.
  • Assist in cross-departmental coordination, ensuring alignment across teams and projects.
  • Support operations across multiple units including tech, marketing, and business development.
  • Manage and organize data, reports, and documentation for strategic use.
  • Track tasks, deadlines, and deliverables across various projects.
  • Assist in developing process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and briefs for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support leadership in executing strategic initiatives and special projects.
  • Adapt quickly to different roles and responsibilities as business needs evolve.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field (Minimum: 2:1 or First Class).
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant work experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and research skills with attention to detail.
  • High level of tech proficiency and ability to quickly learn new tools and systems.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and coordination skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative.
  • Experience with data handling, reporting, and problem-solving.
  • Proven ability to function across multiple departments effectively.

Salary
N250,000/month (Gross) + Performance Bonuses & Perks.
