Store Officer

Key  Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the store to ensure efficiency.
• Manage inventory levels, stock organization, and timely restocking of items.
• Maintain accurate records of stock, supplies.
• Coordinate vendor relationships and ensure timely delivery of quality goods.
• Supervise other store staff and ensure adherence to operational and accountability standards.
• Support management with reporting, budgeting, and cost-control measures.

General  Qualifications

• OND or NCE in Business Administration, Accounting, Purchasing & Supply, or a related field.
• 2 – 3 years relevant experience in storekeeping or inventory management (experience in a book store or fabric store is an added advantage).
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office Tools is a must.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and accountability.
