Marketing Executive

Description

• We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven, and well-connected Marketer to join our team and drive room occupancy, corporate accounts, partnerships, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with hotels, companies, corporate organizations, government agencies, and other potential business partners.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Lekki, Ikoyi, Lagos Island, and the Mainland.
• Generate room bookings, corporate accounts, group bookings, and other revenue opportunities.
• Promote the hotel’s rooms, facilities, events, and hospitality services to prospective clients.
• Meet agreed marketing and revenue targets.
• Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, client visits, and business generated.

Requirements

• Previous experience in hotel or corporate sales and marketing is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of the Lagos hospitality and business environment.
• Existing contacts and a strong network within Lekki, Ikoyi, Island, and Mainland will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, networking, and relationship-management skills.
• Must be proactive, confident, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
• Ability to attract new clients and convert leads into actual business.
