SBP Sales Supervisor

Job Summary
- The SBP Sales Supervisor is responsible for driving the commercial performance, growth and effective management of Lush Hair's Strategic Business Partner (SBP) network within assigned terittory.
- The role will manage the end-to-end SBP relationship from onboarding and activation to sales growth, product availability, campaign execution and retention while ensuring SBPs consistently deliver against agreed commercial targets.
- The Supervisor will also serve as an important link between Lush Hair and the SBPs. SBP supervisor is to work closely with the sales and marketing team to ensure that brand initiatives translate into measurable sales and stronger consumer engagement.
Responsibilities
Drive SBP Sales Performance:
- Drive month sales target from the SBPs at 60% Dry hair and 40% Wet Hair sales breakdown.
- Monitor sales performance reporting & updating data on daily basis.
- Identify opportunities to increase average order value and purchase frequency.
- Drive sales across priority Lush Hair SKUs and ensure appropriate product mix.
Manage & Grow the SBP Network:
- Maintain strong relationships with existing SBPs.
- Identify and onboard qualified new SBPs in strategic locations across(Priority).
- Develop plans to move high-potential SBPs into higher performance slabs.
Drive SBP Activation & Visibility:
- Ensure effective execution of SBP promotions, campaigns and activations.
- Monitor POSM deployment and brand visibility within SBP locations.
- Ensure SBPs are adequately stocked ahead of key campaigns and demand periods.
Drive Data & Performance Management:
- Maintain an updated database of all Ibadan SBPs.
- Track sales, orders, stock levels, SKU performance and activation participation.
- Provide weekly performance updates and monthly business reviews.
- Highlight risks, opportunities and recommended actions.
- Tracking & Sharing Competition data in assigned SBPs.
