Architect

Job Summary

• We are seeking a creative and experienced Architect with a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in architectural design and project execution.
• The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio of completed projects, be proficient in 3D architectural visualization, and possess the ability to transform 3D models into high-quality animated walkthrough videos.
• The successful candidate will work closely with engineers, project managers, and clients to deliver innovative and functional designs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop architectural concepts, designs, and construction drawings for residential, commercial, and mixed-use projects.
• Prepare detailed architectural plans, layouts, elevations, and specifications.
• Create realistic 3D models, renderings, and animated walkthrough videos for project presentations.
• Collaborate with civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical engineers to ensure coordinated project execution.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with approved designs.
• Review drawings and recommend design improvements where necessary.
• Ensure projects comply with relevant building regulations and industry standards.
• Present design concepts and project proposals to clients and management.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and design records.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years' professional experience in architectural design and project execution.
• Proven experience handling large-scale residential, commercial, or industrial projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Lumion, Twinmotion, Blender, or similar architectural design and visualization software.
• Strong knowledge of 3D rendering, visualization, and architectural animation/video walkthrough production.
• Excellent creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Membership with a relevant professional body is an added advantage.

Salary
N250,000 – N350,000 / Month (Based on Experience).
