- The Regional Manager will oversee operations and drive growth within assigned territories in Lagos. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day activities, mentoring and leading a team to meet performance targets, implementing strategies to improve business outcomes, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- The individual will also be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, making data-driven decisions, and monitoring market trends to identify new opportunities.
- This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos.
Qualifications
- Team Leadership, Performance Management, and Employee Development skills
- Market Analysis, Strategic Planning, and Problem-Solving skills
- Client Relationship Management and Excellent Communication skills
- Financial Acumen and Budget Management capabilities
- Experience in Microfinance, SME Lending, or related financial services
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and CRM solutions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Strong organizational and decision-making skills
