Relationship Manager II (Remote)

About the Role
- NOBZO is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager II (RM II) to manage and grow a portfolio of key customers, agents, and partners within assigned territories in Ibadan.
- The role focuses on customer acquisition, relationship development, portfolio retention, account growth, field engagement, and resolution of customer issues.
- The successful candidate will also provide guidance and mentorship to junior Relationship Managers while maintaining accurate portfolio and CRM records.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business, Marketing, Social Sciences, or a related discipline.
- 1–3years of relevant experience in relationship management, field sales, account management, or a related role.
- Prior experience managing a portfolio of clients, agents, merchants, or partners in a field-based role is preferred.
- Must reside in or be an indigene of Ibadan, Oyo State.
- Strong, demonstrable familiarity with Ibadan’s neighbourhoods, markets, and transport routes.
- Strong relationship-building and client-retention abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a field-based environment.
- Comfortable using mobile applications and CRM tools.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
