Job Summary

We seek the services of an experienced professional to work with us as Head, Digital Marketing.

The Head, Digital Marketing will lead the Bank's digital marketing strategy, driving brand visibility, customer acquisition, engagement, and business growth through innovative digital channels, campaigns, and data-driven marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the Bank's digital marketing strategy in line with business objectives.
• Lead digital campaigns across social media, search engines, email, websites, and other digital platforms.
• Drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and conversion through digital channels.
• Manage and strengthen the Bank's online presence, brand visibility, and digital reputation.
• Develop engaging content and oversee digital communications across relevant platforms.
• Monitor digital marketing performance, customer insights, traffic, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
• Use analytics and market insights to optimize campaigns and improve customer experience.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Product, and other teams to support revenue growth and product adoption.
• Stay abreast of emerging digital marketing trends, technologies, and customer behaviour.
• Lead, supervise, and develop the Digital Marketing team.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• Professional certification in Digital Marketing or a related discipline is an advantage.
• Master's degree is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 7 years' relevant experience, including experience in a senior or managerial marketing role.
• Strong experience in digital marketing, social media management, online advertising, content strategy, SEO/SEM, and marketing analytics.
• Experience in banking, microfinance, fintech, or other financial services is an added advantage.
