Head of Engineering

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced Head of Engineering to lead our engineering team and oversee the development and delivery of effective engineering solutions across Civil/Structural, Mechanical, Electrical disciplines.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage engineering strategies for projects.
- Lead and coordinate internal and external engineering teams.
- Develop and maintain project Master Design Registers.
- Manage engineering deliverables, manhours and design schedules.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities.
- Support procurement through timely engineering deliverables.
- Provide engineering solutions for critical project activities.
- Lead value engineering initiatives and cost optimization.
- Manage Client engineering stakeholders.
- Develop engineering plans and team training needs.
- Conduct site visits for data collection and project feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering; Civil/Structural Engineering preferred.
- COREN Registration is mandatory.
- Minimum 15 years' engineering experience, including at least 5 years in a supervisory/management role.
- Strong hands-on engineering design experience.
- Proficiency in relevant engineering design tools and Microsoft Office.
- Strong leadership, supervisory and technical skills.
- Project Management certification is an advantage.
- Oil & Gas engineering experience is an advantage.
- Strong emotional intelligence and people-development skills.
